An apparatus for sampling fuel is provided to allow a probe to freely rotate by coupling a flange and the probe independently using a rotary probe connector. A fuel sampling apparatus includes a flange(119), a probe(117), a rotary probe hole controller(107), and a rotary probe connector(116). The flange is interposed between fuel pipe flanges(32). The probe is inserted in the flange from the bottom of the flange and includes plural holes for sampling fuel. The rotary probe hole controller is coupled to the lower part of the probe and is interlocked with the probe when adjusting the position of each probe hole. The rotary probe connector is coupled to the upper part of the rotary probe hole controller and is screw-coupled to the flange for installing the rotary probe hole controller.
