POWER SUPPLIER FOR STREET LAMP

A power supply device for a street lamp is provided to generate an electric power from at least two natural energies stably and to reduce influence of a harmonic wave by compensating for a power factor at a DC-AC converter. A solar cell(100) converts a solar energy into a DC electric energy. A wind power generator(200) converts a force of a wind into an AC electric energy, and rectifies the AC electric energy to a DC power. A coupling unit(300) receives an output of the solar cell and the wind power generator, and switches selectively the outputs of the solar cell and the wind power generator without interruption. A power converting unit(400) converts the power supplied from the coupling unit to a requested power of an LED(Light Emitting Diode) street light(600) by a DC-DC converting unit, and provides the converted power to the LED street light. The LED street light is switched on by a DC power outputted from the power converting unit. A power system coupling unit(500) feedbacks an AC power system outputted from the power converting unit to the power system, and supplies the power to the power converting unit. A sensing unit(800) detects a light quantity at night and day. A communication unit(1000) receives a command from a central monitoring control unit through communication. A control unit(900) determines an operation of the DC-DC converting unit and the DC-AC converting unit of the power converting unit in response to the command of the central monitoring control device, and determines the operation state of the DC-AC converting unit to receive a power from the power system when a power is insufficient.
