<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing high concentration of ammonia solution is provided to increase removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) in cokes gas by maximizing the concentration of ammonia in high concentration of ammonia solution. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of ammonia solution is characterized in that liquid(1) discharge from H2S absorption tower, generated from cokes factory, is divided into two portions, that is, one portion is fed into a high concentration of ammonia production tower(2) and the other portion is fed into an ammonia distillation tower, wherein the temperature of a feeding solution is over 70deg.C. Also, the respective solutions fed into the high concentration of ammonia production tower and ammonia production tower, and liquid(8) discharged from the ammonia distillation tower are thermally exchanged at the same time through a heat exchanger(6).</p> |
