PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate both security and normal panel retainers for fixing floor panels by one tool even when these panel retainers are used selectively for either of them. SOLUTION: This panel retainer is used to fix the floor panels to supporting legs. A dedicated engagement shape not engaged with a general engagement part formed in a general tool and engaged with a dedicated engagement part formed in a dedicated tool and a general non-engagement shape not engaged with the general engagement part are formed in the panel retainer.
