Double base propellant filler comprises: a lead salt to obtain a plane or a plateau in the logarithmic curve of the combustion speed according to log pressure; and a nitrocellulose compound having crosslinking action containing alcoholic/ether groups (I). R : H or 1-8C alkyl. An independent claim is included for a flowing double base propellant comprising a mixture of lead salicylate and lead beta -resorcylate exerting a plateau effect (giving as in the log curve of the combustion speed according to the pressure log).
