SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING CONTENTS WITH QOS IN P2P NETWORKS

A QoS(Quality of Service) contents service system through P2P(Peer to Peer) networking and a method therefor are provided to use a donor node which replaces a certain peer even when functions of the certain peer are not normally operated on a P2P network, thereby offering QoS-ensured contents to a user who demands the contents. A service provider(100) provides contents. More than one user node receives the contents from the service provider. More than one donor node lends resources for providing the contents. A super node(110) receives a copy of the contents and information on the user and donor nodes, enables contents exchanging to be performed between the user nodes through P2P networking, and allows some of the donor nodes to participate in the P2P networking on behalf of at least one user node when the user nodes become in error state.
