A tooth having a specific cell location is obtained by bringing a first cell mass, which substantially comprises one of mesenchymal cells and epithelial cells, into contact with a second cell mass, which substantially comprises the other cells, within a support capable of maintaining these cell masses in the state of being in contact with each other and then culturing them. In a preferred embodiment, the support having individual cell masses therein is further cultured with renal cells, after the completion of the culture. |
