摘要 A nanoparticle containing lipiodol is provided to maintain excellent X-ray absorption properties, facilitate targeting and obtain a good computer tomography image by improving pharmacokinetic properties, and reduce cytotoxicity, so that the nanoparticle is useful in contrast media for X-ray computer tomography. A nanoparticle contains a lipiodol core, a biocompatible polymer-crosslinked coating surrounding the core, a cross-linker for forming a crosslink between the biocompatible polymers, which is linked to at least one functional group selected from amine group, carboxyl group, hydroxyl group and thiol group, and has an average diameter of 50-200 nm, wherein the biocompatible polymer is selected from polyethylene oxide/polypropylene oxide/polyethylene oxide block copolymer, polylactic acid-glycolic acid(PLGA) copolymer, PEG(polyethylene glycol)ylated PLGA, poly lactic acid(PLA) and PEGylated PLA. A contrast medium for X-ray computer tomography contains 30-70 wt.% of the nanoparticle containing lipiodol. Further, a weight average molecular weight of the cross-linker is 1000 to 20000 Dalton and a weight average molecular weight of the biocompatible polymers is 1000 to 20000 Dalton.
