The invention refers to the chemical, food, petroleum-refining and other branches of industry, where the mass-transfer processes in the gas-liquid system take place. The mass-transfer apparatus, according to the first variant, comprises a cube (1), a mass-transfer part (2) with cover (3), earthed vertical electrodes (9), fixed to the walls of the mass-transfer part (2), vertical high-voltage electrodes (13), installed at equal distances between the adjacent earthed electrodes (9), connected in packs and fixed by means of high-voltage bushings (4), connected to a high-voltage source, phase supply (5, 7) and removal (6, 8) branch pipes and liquid distributors (10), communicating with a collector (12), connected to the liquid supply branch pipes (5) and placed above the electrodes (9, 13). The mass-transfer part (2) and the electrodes (9, 13) are made in the form of coaxial cylinders, and the liquid distributors (10) communicate with the collector (12) by means of connections (11), uniformly placed over the perimeter. The mass-transfer apparatus, according to the second variant, differs from the first variant by the fact that the earthed vertical electrodes are connected between them by annular bottoms, and the space formed between the cylinders and the bottom communicates by means of connections with the collector, connected to the liquid supply branch pipes and placed under the electrodes. The mass-transfer apparatus, according to the third variant, differs from the first variant by the fact that the mass-transfer part consists of several modules, the earthed electrodes of one of the modules are equipped with liquid distributors, connected by means of connections, uniformly placed over the perimeter, to the collector, and the earthed electrodes of the other module are connected between them by annular bottoms, and the space formed between the cylinders and the bottom communicates by means of connections with another collector, connected to the liquid supply branch pipes and placed under the electrodes.
