<p>The device has a set of radiating fins (1) formed of a high heat conducting material, where the fins are in the form of fibers having a diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 millimeter. The fins are rejoined to different groups of an appropriate number of fins, and are maintained under the form of beams by inserting one of the ends of fins in tubular supports (2). The supports are assembled side by side for forming a plane base in which the fins extend vertically towards a top with a space between the beams. The fins are folded and woven under the form of sheets.</p> |
