The invention relates to construction-leveling structures of multi-storey (17-25 floor) buildings of combined structural system to be constructed in ordinary and seismic conditions.The invention also relates to construction-leveling structures of apartment complexes based on jointed buildings for public large-scale housing development.The invention is aimed at providing self-sufficiency of elevator groups and staircases provided joining staircases to the building outer wall.There proposed three embodiments of building structures: rectangular, trefoil-shaped and angular.The technical result facilitates improvement in comfort dwelling conditions meaning that a staircase with natural lighting and an elevator group adjoining entrance hall, and also provides passing from one building part to another.The technical improvement also provides better evacuation facilities in case of fire or other emergency situations due to self-efficiency of building parts, smoke resistancy of staircases, and abilities of passing from one building part to another.There proposed six embodiments of structures of apartment complexes based on jointed said buildings into different configurations.
