A concrete median strip guide is provided to cut down on the manufacturing cost and to carry and install easily by forming an isolator cap on the upper part of a concrete wall, and to prevent the separation of an isolator by wind and external factors by mounting a spring clip or an anchor bolt to an isolator cap and retaining the isolator cap and the concrete wall. A concrete median strip guide is formed by mounting an isolator cap(2) having a front wing piece(2-1) and a rear wing piece(2-2) projected to the bottom of a curved upper part(2-5) obliquely on the upper part of a concrete wall(20) installed to the central line of a road and used for isolating a road or isolating a traffic lane and a wall mounting space(2-6) formed on the inside, forming a mounting projection(3) and a setting groove(4) on a left side section(2-3) and a right side section(2-4) of the isolator cap respectively, and forming mounting holes(6) on the lower parts of the front wing piece and the rear wing piece at regular intervals and fixing the concrete wall and the isolator cap by an anchor bolt, wherein installation holes(9) are formed on the right and left sides of the curved upper part of the isolator cap to install a reflector(7) or a pinwheel(8) selectively, and a spring clip setting groove(5) is formed on the outside of the isolator cap to install a spring clip(11) to detain and fix the isolator cap and the concrete wall together.
