Benzoxazinyl-amidocyclopentyl-heterocyclic modulators of chemokine receptors

Disclosed are cyclopentyl compounds linked to a benzoxazinyl group through an amido moiety utilising the ring nitrogen of the benzoxazine. In particular disclosed are compounds of formula I wherein the substituents are described in the specification, useful as modulators of chemokine receptors. These compounds can be used in the treatment, amelioration, control or reduction of risk of an inflammatory and immunoregulatory disorders or diseases.
