RFID READER

An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader is provided to enhance a low response property of an RFID system which can occur because of a loss of an RF signal provided by a tag. An RFID reader includes a DC offset eliminating & gain control unit(120) made up of a DC offset extracting unit(130) and a DC offset eliminating unit(140). The DC offset extracting unit extracts a DC offset component from a signal into which a response signal of a tag is demodulated. The DC offset eliminating unit controls a gain while eliminating an output component of the DC offset extracting unit from the demodulated signal. The DC offset eliminating & gain control unit is constructed in a feedforward type. The DC offset extracting unit is constructed with a low pass filter for extracting the DC offset component occurring because of a direct conversion receiver.
