The joint (6) has a movable plate (8) movable with respect to a fixed plate (7) around a rotational axis (A). Each plate has an interface zone (30) with projected and retraction elements i.e. coaxial annular ribs (29), presenting complementary shapes. The ribs of one of the plates are overlapped with another elements i.e. adapter sleeves (26) of other plate to form a large volume decompression zone. The zones are located remote from one other without friction. The plates have a pressurized gas injection nozzle (32) that is opened in a baffle or labyrinth shaped space defined by the zones.
