An organic electroluminescence element material composed of a compound having a specific structure is provided. An organic electroluminescence element wherein an organic thin film layer composed of one or a plurality of layers having at least a light emitting layer is sandwiched between a cathode and an anode is provided. Since at least one layer of the organic thin film layers contains the organic electroluminescence element material, the organic electroluminescence element material and the organic electroluminescence element, which have high light emitting efficiency, no pixel defects, excellent heat resistance and long life, are provided.
