A method for preparing a herb medicine hair restorer composition, and a herb medicine hair restorer composition prepared by the method are provided to remove the toxicity to the human body and to improve the hair restoring effect. A method for preparing a herb medicine hair restorer composition comprises the steps of washing Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, Psoralea corylifolia L., Sesamum indicum Linne, Lycii folium, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Achyrantis Radix and Poria cocas Wolf; steaming the washed one; distilling it; filtering it; and packaging the filtered one.
