A phone set capable of exchanging information with a computer is provided to reduce time and cost in processing customer information and to satisfy customer satisfaction by being applied to phone consultation with a customer or public relation. A phone set(100) capable of exchanging information with a computer(11) includes an LAN unit(8), a UTP(Unshielded Twist Pair) line(12), a USB unit(6), and a USB connecting line(13). The LAN unit is connected to an LAN card(14) of the computer via the UTP line whose both ends are connected with an RJ45 connector to upload information stored at a memory of the phone set to the computer or to download information from the computer. The USB unit can be used with a general commercial USB storage unit and can be connected to a USB port of the computer if necessary or normally. |
