An apparatus and a method of condensing a drying unit for an organic waste disposal plant are provided to maintain and manage the apparatus simply and protect the environment by utilizing water as a condensing heat medium, obtain practicality in economical and installation aspects by reducing the number of parts compared to an ordinary refrigeration cycle, and improve a drying effect by removing water through the condensation of steam. In an organic waste disposal plant comprising an ultrasonic wave-generating unit, a dewatering unit, a heavy metal removing unit, and a drying unit, an apparatus of condensing the drying unit for the organic waste disposal plant comprises: a closed circuit type steam pipe(110) which is connected to an outer portion of a drying tank(3) of the drying unit, and through which steam generated in the drying tank is circulated by a circulation fan(500); a cooling water pipe(120) which has a coil part(121) contacting with an outer face of a "U" turn part(111) of the steam pipe, and through which cooling water is circulated by a circulation pump(600); a condenser(100) including a condenser case in which the "U" turn part and the coil part are embedded; a water tank(200) which is connected to one end of the cooling water pipe to supply water to the cooling water pipe, and which is connected to the other end of the cooling water pipe to recover cooling water via the cooling water pipe; a radiator(300) connected to the cooling water pipe between the condenser and the water tank to cool water flowing from the water tank to the condenser; and a condensate drainpipe(400) which is connected to the "U" turn part and discharges condensate in the "U" turn part to the outside. |
