An air-conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent corrosion by forming the coolant flow with a coolant pipe of aluminium material and plating a part of the coolant pipe. An air-conditioner includes a heat exchanger having a coolant pipe(52) of aluminium material, and coolant pipes(3,5) of copper material connected to the aluminium coolant pipe. The copper coolant pipe has a plated section(70) formed by zinc filament processing in the connection part with the aluminium coolant pipe.
