A grip-like pipe joint device is provided to prevent water leakage completely when connecting pipes because plural grip rings for absorbing the impact applied to the pipe is included. A grip-like pipe joint device comprises a first groove which is formed along the inner circumference in order to cover the joint of two pipes, and where a gasket(200) for leakage prevention is placed, and plural grip rings(300) which prevent displacement of the pipe and absorbs the impact applied to the pipe. Plural grip rings are divided to four or dozen and consist of a joint housing(100) with a second groove(120) having plural partitions(121) so that the grip rings divided to four to dozen may be corresponded after inserting.
