A trolley control device includes: blowers (5, 6, 7) mounted on the trolley; compressors (10, 11) mounted on the trolley for braking; a first auxiliary power device (2) for supplying electric power tothe blowers; a second auxiliary power device (3) for supplying electric power to the compressors for braking; contactors (19, 20) disposed among the blowers and the auxiliary devices, when one of thefirst auxiliary power device (2) and the second auxiliary power device (3) is abnormal and the an normal auxiliary power device supplies electric power to the blowers and the compressors for brakingand the compressor (10) for braking is started, the contactor (19) is temporarily opened, and the contactor (19) will be closed in order after the start of the compressor (10) for braking is over. |
