FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aminobenzimidazole and their pharmaceutical compositions having inhibitor potency towards respiratory syncytial virus replication. Aminobenzimidazole is of formula (I) where Q represents Ar2, C3-7cyclalkyl or substituted C1-6alkyl; G represents methylen; R1 represents optionally substituted pyridile; one of R2a and R3a represents C1-6alkyl, and other from R2a and R3a represents hydrogen, in the case if R2a differs from hydrogen R2b represents hydrogen or C1-6alkyl, and R3b represents hydrogen if R3a differs from hydrogen or C1-6alkyl, and R2b represents hydrogen, or all R2a, R2b, R3a and R3b represent hydrogen; R5 represents hydrogen; Ar2 represents optionally substituted phenyl. ^ EFFECT: production of the new biologically active compounds on basis of aminobenzimidazole. ^ 2 cl, 7 ex, 3 tbl |
