Method for determination of type of biliary dyskinezia in patients suffering on acalculous cholecystitis includes evaluation of sample of biological liquid. In sample of blood plasma one determines levels of interleukins IL-1, IL-4, IL-6 and TNF-and if level IL-1is within 65,04±6,05 pg/ml, IL-4 - within 52,42±7,22 pg/ml, IL-6 - within 34,30±5,04 pg/ml, and TNF-- within 50,24±8,52 pg/ml, type of biliary dyskinezia is determined as hypertonic-hyperkinetic. If level of IL-1is within 59,16±8,19 pg/ml, IL-4 - within 61,62±6,12 pg/ml, IL-6 - within 27,14±8,97 pg/ml, and TNF-- within 54,12±7,94 pg/ml, type of biliary dyskinezia is determined as mixed. If the level of IL-1is within 67,24±6,04 pg/ml, IL-4 - within 79,23±7,76 pg/ml, IL-6 - within 22,58±4,11 pg/ml, and TNF-- within 58,20±9,46 pg/ml, type of biliary dyskinezia is determined as hypotonic-hypokinetic. |
