A synthetic resin pipe having an expansion part for connection is provided to enhance strength and endurance at a connection part of the synthetic resin pipe by forming a dual layer structure at an end of the synthetic resin pipe. A synthetic resin pipe comprises a pipe(10) and a cylindrical reinforcement socket(20) inserted into an end part of the pipe. The cylindrical reinforcement socket has an outer diameter identical to or smaller than an inner diameter of the pipe. The cylindrical reinforcement socket has a length identical to that of an expansion part(100) which is formed by an expander. After the cylindrical reinforcement socket is inserted into the pipe, an overlapping part between the cylindrical reinforcement socket and the pipe is heated by a preheater. Then, the expander is inserted into the cylindrical reinforcement socket to form the expansion part.
