A purified-heated water supplying device for improving productivity of livestock is provided to prevent the livestock from being damaged due to water contamination all year around by filtering and purifying water for the livestock. A purified-heated water supplying device includes: a water supplying unit(11); a filtering unit(12) for filtering off water supplied from the water supplying unit; a purifying unit(13) for purifying the filtered water; a water heater(20) for heating the purified water at a certain temperature; a purified-heated water supplying line(30) for supplying the purified-heated water to a cattle shed; a temperature sensor(40); a control unit(60) electrically connected to a timer(61) for controlling supplied power, for sending a specific signal when a temperature inside the cattle shed is below a set temperature; a circulation pump(70); a first open/close valve(81); a second open/close valve(82); and a function water injection unit.
