A method for treating the diseases of the periodontium in the dogs comprises the treatment of the oral cavity, the removal of the dental deposits, and the use of the antibiotics. For the treatment of the oral cavity, aqueous iodine solution and 0.05% solution of chlorohexidin are used with the aid of the ultrasound apparatus "Piezodent". Metrgil Denta gel with 25% content of Metrondasol is also used. |
