NOVEL OXAZOLIDINONES WITH AMIDOXIME OR HYDROXAMIDE AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS AND DERIVATIVES THEREOF

A novel oxazolidinone is provided to have a wide antibacterial spectrum regarding resistant bacteria and show low toxicity and strong antibacterial effect on Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, thereby being usefully used as an antibiotics. A novel oxazolidinone is represented by a formula(1). In the formula(1), A is a hetero-aromatic ring substituent represented by substitutents, wherein each P, Q, R, Y and Z is independently C or N; W is NH, O or S; and X is O or NH, provided that it is excluded when all the P, Q and R are N(s), or when X is NH and all the P, Q and R are C(s).
