A portable bicycle is provided to decrease the horizontal volume by folding a handle and removing a pedal crank arm, thereby facilitating the carriage. A handle bar folding apparatus(10) is rotatably fixed by both gears engaged with opposite ends of both handle bars. The handle bar folding apparatus has a handle to restrict movement of the both gears. A pedal crank arm separating apparatus(20) has rectangular key grooves at both ends of a pedal crank arm to couple a pedal and a rectangular key of a driving shaft and detachably fixes the pedal and the rectangular key of the driving shaft by elastically supporting a stop pin with a leaf spring. A separate driving shaft apparatus(30) has both driving shafts connected to the two pedal crank arms and inserts a front wheel into a U-shaped bracket when reducing the size of the bicycle. A body length adjusting apparatus(40) has a sliding block to slide a hollow square-shaped horizontal frame fixed to a fork of the front wheel and fixes and moves the hollow square-shaped horizontal frame by a spiral cam roller fixed to one side of the sliding block.
