PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that a wheel which is attached with a transmitter is mounted to which position of a vehicle without installing a trigger machine.SOLUTION: A wheel position detection device comprises an acceleration sensor 22 which can detect vibration at a transmitter 2 attached to each wheel. Then, after a start of a registration mode, vibration is sequentially imparted to each wheel in a prescribed order, and the ID information of a frame having vibration data in which the vibration becomes large is sequentially associated with the corresponding wheel, and registered. By this constitution, it can be detected that a wheel which is attached with the transmitter 2 is mounted to which position of a vehicle without installing a trigger machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
