An apparatus for automatically dividing and alternately loading a printed circuit board and an interleaving paper is provided to reduce a work time by automatically dividing the interleaving paper according to supply of the printed circuit board. A supply and discharge load device(110,120) is provided so that heights and widths thereof are adjusted to correspond to a load height and a size of a printed circuit board alternated with an interleaving paper. A printed circuit board absorption device(130) is fixed to an upper part vertical to the supply load device to move vertically so as to absorb the loaded printed circuit board. A supply moving device(140) supplies and receives the absorbed printed circuit board to/on a top surface and discharges the interleaving paper to the discharge device by absorbing the interleaving paper to a bottom surface. A printed circuit board supply device(150) is moved vertically and horizontally to supply the printed circuit board to a coating device(200). A printed circuit board discharge device(160) is moved vertically and horizontally to discharge the printed circuit board coated with a thin film to the discharge load device. A control unit(170) controls the supply and discharge load device, the printed circuit board absorption device, the supply moving device, the printed circuit board supply device, and the printed circuit board discharge device by including a plurality of buttons at one side of a front surface of a housing(101).
