<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tuning fork type crystal oscillator capable of providing a temperature-compensated tuning fork type crystal oscillator at a low cost, and the tuning fork type crystal oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the tuning fork type crystal oscillator, by correcting temperature characteristics of a tuning fork type crystal oscillator element by a correction voltage generation circuit for generating a preset correction straight line, the temperature-compensated tuning fork type crystal oscillator is manufactured without adjusting a correction curve for each individual tuning fork type crystal oscillator element. Also, the tuning fork type crystal oscillator is provided with a crystal oscillation circuit, the correction voltage generation circuit and a temperature sensor, and the correction voltage generation circuit is provided with a circuit for generating the correction straight line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
