PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn off a headlamp simultaneously with stopping of an engine, even if the headlamp is left turned on, by linking the turn-off operation of a headlamp blinking operating rod with the stopping operation of an engine key for preventing the headlamp of an automobile from being left turned on. SOLUTION: When the engine key is turned off, the operating rod 4 is required to be rotate to simultaneously turn off the headlamp, so that one end of a cord is attached to an installing tool 3 installed to an insertion part 5 of the engine key, and the other end of the cord is connected for linking to an installing tool 2 installed to a rotation operating rod for blinking the headlamp.
