<p>An apparatus for controlling heat source equipment for building is provided to maintain optimal operation conditions of heat source equipment by changing the temperature and amount of cooling water through control of the RPM of a motor. An apparatus for controlling heat source equipment for building comprises temperature measurement sensors, a cooling tower fan controller(220), a cooling water circulation pump controller(230), and a cold water circulation pump controller(240). The temperature measurement sensors measure the temperature of a cooling tower outlet of cooling water, the temperature of cooling water inlet and outlet, and the temperature of cold water inlet and outlet in pipes of the heat source equipment. The cooling tower fan controller includes a first PID controller(221) and a first inverter(231). The cooling water circulation pump controller includes a second PID controller(222) and a second inverter(232).
