PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare control device capable of reducing the positioning of a shading unit on a shading position when unnecessary. SOLUTION: An anti-glare control system comprises a forward image pickup camera 11 installed with its lens directed forward of a mounting vehicle 5, a shading device constituted around a sun visor 14 installed on a top plate 7 in a cabin, and an anti-glare control ECU 10 for controlling a shading device 15 based on information acquired by the forward image pickup camera 11. A regulation area is preset as an area corresponding to the view field of a driver when the driver directs his sight line toward a fixation point in a forward picked-up image picked up by the forward image pickup camera 11. When a high-brightness pixel is projected in the regulation area, the anti-glare control ECU 10 determines that the solar beam is incident, moves the sun visor 14 to the position between the shading position and the releasing position, or the shading position to realize a shaded state for shading the incident light on eyes of the occupant through a windshield 6.
