PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig that enables any one to easily adjust large members such as a longitudinal block so as to be flush with each other without difference in level and therefore contributes to increasing efficiency of welding work. SOLUTION: A level difference adjusting jig 10 for use in adjusting members L1, L2 so as to be flush with each other without difference in level includes a main body 11 having a locking part 15 for restraining the member L1, a first fastening bolt 14a which is provided on one side of the main body and which clamps the member L1 in cooperation with the locking part of the main body, and a second fastening bolt 14b which is provided on the other side of the main body and which pressurizes the member L2 from above. This jig is fixed on the member L1 at a low surface position by being clamped between the fastening bolt 14a and the locking part of the main body. Then, the member L2 is lowered by a turning operation of the fastening bolt 14b, so that the surface of the member L2 is adjusted so as to be flush with the surface of the member L1.
