PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having a functional sheet for preventing it from contaminating a wearer's skin despite of being colored. SOLUTION: This absorbent article 1a is provided with a sheet member 10, a functional sheet 51 smaller than the sheet member 10 and a body fluid absorber 30, and the functional sheet 51 and the body fluid absorber 30 are attached to the sheet member 10, wherein the functional sheet 51 is superposedly joined with the sheet member 10 so as to abut on the wearer's skin and a colored part 4 visible from the outside is provided between the functional sheet 51 and the sheet member 10.
