An in-mold type injection molding apparatus is provided to reduce defective factors for laminating parts by performing a skin material vacuum molding process separately from in-mold process. An in-mold type injection molding apparatus comprises two first molds(10) and one second mold(20) to perform an in-mold type injecting process, in which a laminated part having a skin material is integrally formed on one side of a substrate. An upper surface of the first mold and a lower surface of the second mold are provided with a first forming portion for a molding space and a second forming portion(21) for a molding space, respectively. The first mold is provided with a plurality of air holes to pick up the skin material using vacuum such that the skin material is attached to the substrate. The second mold is provided with an injection path(22) to inject molten resin to a molding space and an eject structure to eject a molded product.
