<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is a dielectric ceramic material used for a multilayer ceramic capacitor, can be co-fired with an Ni internal electrode at ≤1,100°C and has high resistivity at a high temperature of 150°C. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains a tungsten bronze type multiple oxide expressed by the compositional formula of (K<SB>1-x</SB>Na<SB>x</SB>)Sr<SB>2</SB>Nb<SB>5</SB>O<SB>15</SB>(wherein, 0≤x<0.2) as the main component, and Mn of 0.05 to 20 pts.mol and Li of 0.25 to 30 pts.mol based on 100 pts.mol of the main component as auxiliary components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
