<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional building plate which does not affect the design of a coating step even in the final stage, has a coating having a function of absorbing and decomposing both acetaldehyde and formaldehyde, and also exerts an anti-fouling function. <P>SOLUTION: The functional building plate has a coated surface of a substrate, on which a coating is applied, and a treating solution obtained by adding carbodihydrazide as an aldehyde capture agent, to a main ingredient of colloidal silica, is applied to the coated surface. That is, in the present invention, no coating is used for fixing the aldehyde capture agent to the coating surface, and therefore inhibition of the aldehyde capture agent by a resin of the coating is eliminated, and a transparent coating layer can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
