INTEGRATED CIRCUIT EQUIPPED WITH MAGNETIC MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a magnetic memory into which a magnetic transistor is incorporated.

SOLUTION: An integrated circuit is provided with a silicon transistor layer, at least one magnetic memory layer and a magnetic memory equipped with a metallic wiring layer. The silicon transistor layer is composed so that a plurality of logic computation functions may be generated. The magnetic memory layer is composed so that it may store data necessary for the logic computation functions. The metallic wiring layer is provided with a plurality of conductive wires to transmit data between the silicon transistor layer and the magnetic memory layer.
