摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance positioning precision by using no signal from a GPS satellite easily affected by a multipath. SOLUTION: The GPS signals from the plurality of GPS satellites are input into a GPS receiver 22 via an antenna 21. A specified coordinate data is calculated in the GPS receiver to be input into a positioning data acquisition part 23 and a satellite position information acquiring part 24, and an acquired positioning data and positional information are input into a computing part 25. A positioning environment data is input from a positioning environment data storage part 26 into the computing part 25. The positioning data acquisition part 23, the satellite position information acquiring part 24 and the computing part 25 are constituted of a microcomputer 27. Positioning is executed in the positioning data acquisition part 23, the optimum positioning is carried out in the computing part 25, based on a result therein, information acquired by the satellite position information acquiring part 24, and a data of the positioning environment data storage part 26, a result therein is returned to the GPS receiver 22, and an elevation angle mask and a mask for a DOP value are regulated at proper values to enhance the positioning precision.
