PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching detergent composition free from the lowering of the stability of hydrogen peroxide and a bleaching activation agent after storage, keeping a solution state free from separation and clouding and having excellent bleaching performance and soil-dispersing performance. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching detergent composition contains (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a bleaching activation agent, (c) a polymer compound produced by polymerizing a monoethylenic unsaturated monomer containing at least one kind of compound selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and their salts to a polyether compound and (d) a surfactant, wherein the content of the component (c), the content of the component (d) and the mass ratio of (d)/(c) in the composition fall within respective specific ranges, and the composition has a pH of 2.5-4.5 at 20°C.
