PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool socket which holds a driver bit portion having a mounting hole portion for mounting and dismounting a driver bit, to be so-called swingable. SOLUTION: The driver bit is mounted and dismounted by the configuration where a collar member is slidably fitted in the outer periphery of a cylindrical socket, and balls are used so as to fix the collar member in a required position. Thus, the collar member is slidably fitted in the outer periphery of the cylindrical socket, and a hole portion having a required inside diameter is provided on the head portion of the collar member, and a stepped portion is provided on the base end side of the driver bit to be held.
