PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely select a manual stepped gear shift treatment for quickly and variably setting a reduction gear ratio in manual mode and a manual linear gear shift treatment for optionally setting the reduction gear ratio without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: When a manual mode switch 37 is turned ON by moving a select lever 43 to a sub gate 44b side, a present reduction gear ratioεis fixed at a fixed reduction gear ratioε1 (S4). When the ON time Tc of an up-shift switch 35a or a down-shift switch 35b is shorter than a short push determination time To, the manual stepped gear shift treatment is performed (S10).
