PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake notifying system capable of conducting a notification operation, in response to the level of seismic intensity. SOLUTION: An earthquake estimation part K4 estimates the earthquake arrival time and seismic intensity in each objective position, based on an emergency earthquake flash report and a data of the objective position, a notification part 2c notifies the estimated results of the earthquake arrival time and the seismic intensity in each notification point, and the notification operation of the notification part 2c is set with an operation content in response to the level of the seismic intensity, based on the estimated result of the seismic intensity in each notification point, or seismic intensity information of a focus included in the emergency earthquake flash report.
