The present invention relates to a sausage filling device. In particular, the present invention relates to a sausage filling device having a simple structure and capable of being easily produced at low costs so as to be manually utilized at home without external electricity. According to the present invention, the provided sausage filling device comprises: a pedestal disposed on a bottom part thereof; a frame installed in an upper side of the pedestal, and constituting the frame of the sausage filling device; a filing tank cylinder installed in a front position of the frame to discharge stuffing of a sausage to be filled to the outside after storing the same; a filling nozzle coupled with a front outlet of the filling tank cylinder, and filling the stuffing in a sausage outer tube member; a connecting and fixing unit installed to couple and fix the filling tank cylinder and the filling nozzle with each other; a piston fitted to and coupled with a rear position of the stuffing of the filling tank cylinder, pressed to be forwardly moved, and backwardly moved to an original position; and a piston operating tool installed in a rear position of the piston as a rear position of the frame, and forwardly and backwardly moving the piston. |
