PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage in which a taste like Sake, in particular a taste like a fermented Sake, can be felt, despite the beverage's low alcohol content.SOLUTION: In a beverage having an alcohol content of less than 3%, a taste of like Sake of the beverage is augmented, or a taste of like Sake is imparted to the beverage, by adding acesulfame potassium, gentio-oligo-saccharide, and certain organic acid (tartaric acid, gluconic acid, and/or lactic acid); in particular, a taste reminiscent of fermented Sake (fermented Sake taste), is imparted.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
