<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a lottery participant to choose either an unsealing confirmation type or a communication type and also to enable prevention of unfairness such as double lottery, by necessitating no collation work. <P>SOLUTION: A lower layer base 17 has a lottery result confirming separation part 17s and a portion excepting this part is made a lower layer non-separation part 17n, and a second entry requisite information indicating part 17j is formed on the top of the lower layer non-separation part 17n. An upper layer base 16 has an entry separation part 16s and an upper layer non-separation part 16n being a portion excepting the entry separation part 16s, and the upper layer jointing part 17c in the lower layer base 17 and the lower side of the upper layer non-separation part 16n in the upper layer base 16 are jointed to each other, while the entry separation part 16s in the upper layer base 16 is made peelable from a first entry requisite information indicating part 17k and the second entry requisite information indicating part 17j in the lower layer base 17 in this constitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
