<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delay required for data acquisition in a distributed data management system in a pear-to-pear network. <P>SOLUTION: This data processing prediction means 206 predicts the data processing pattern of the other node based on a history of a data processing request stored in a data processing request history storage means 207, and decides whether to distribute the data to the node in advance. When receiving the instruction of distribution from the data processing predicting means 206, a data prior distribution means 208 distributes the instructed data to the other node.
